Created in situ, H2O first appears in the form of a cloud. Within the exhibition space, between 400 and 1000 white helium-filled balloons create a light and airy space which changes shape in the wind. The cloud is then augmented by sound and video. H2O becomes an allegory for the transformation of raw material and the different ways water can act as a transforming agent. The journey starts within the polar ice pack and ends within the turmoil of a storm.
